1. Overview

Thanks for shopping with VoltNomad. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through our website are processed, shipped and delivered.

We currently sell and ship only within the United States. Orders are fulfilled and shipped within the United States unless we state otherwise on the product page or at checkout.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy, which also apply to your order.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver only to addresses in the United States. We do not currently offer international delivery, returns or exchanges outside the United States.

Some address types, locations or carrier services may not be available for every order. Any available shipping options will be shown at checkout where applicable.

3. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $85, calculated before taxes, discounts, gift cards or other charges, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Available shipping options, rates and promotional shipping offers will be shown at checkout before you place your order. Promotional shipping offers may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time before an order is placed.

4. Processing and Delivery Timeframes

Most orders are processed for shipment within approximately 3-5 business days after payment has been accepted. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and any closure periods stated on our website.

Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes approximately 3-5 business days, depending on the delivery address, carrier performance and shipping method selected at checkout.

Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, high order volume, holidays, supply chain disruption, address problems, security checks or other events outside our reasonable control.

5. Tracking and Delivery Updates

When your order ships, we will usually send tracking information to the email address or contact details provided at checkout.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after a shipping label is created. If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us at support@voltnomad.support and include your order number so we can look into it.

6. Shipping Delays

We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframes shown on our website, at checkout or in your order confirmation. If we become aware that your order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an update where required and provide any options required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to the delay or canceling the affected order for a refund.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund for the unavailable item.

7. Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at support@voltnomad.support. We will try to help, but we may not be able to change an address once an order has started processing or has been passed to a carrier.

If an order is delayed, returned, lost or delivered to the wrong location because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable, we may be unable to offer a free replacement or refund. If reshipment is possible, additional costs may apply.

8. Delivered, Missing or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, parcel lockers and the carrier.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us with your order number. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, help with a carrier investigation or offer a reasonable resolution in line with our Refund Policy.

We are not responsible for packages that the carrier confirms were delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, unless there is reasonable evidence of carrier error, fulfillment error or another issue for which we are responsible. Even where we are not responsible, we will always try to help where we reasonably can.

9. Damaged, Incorrect or Problem Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from what you ordered, please contact support@voltnomad.support within 30 days of your purchase date. Include your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos so we can review it quickly.

Approved refunds, replacements or other remedies are handled under our Refund Policy.

10. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This does not limit any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
